Do I need to provide the email message?

If you're purchasing BizOpp. CryptOpp, and M.M.O. or Internet Marketing, the fast answer is "NO". 

Since you're paying for clicks up front, the list owners feel that they know their lists best and will provide the email copy and even the subject line for you.
 
If you're in any other target market other than BizOpp. CryptOpp, and M.M.O. and Internet Marketing, then the answer is "YES", you will need to provide your own email copy & subject line to be sent out.
